This 7.5 ha historic property located on the northern side of Chum Street at Golden Square in Bendigo has been sold.  The Department of Defence auctioned the property on 12 April 2013, but the $3M sale to an anonymous buyer fell through.  Subsequently, the property was finally purchased by Paul Banks for an undisclosed sum between $2-3M.
